About us
We are a Slovak company with a passion for authentic Mediterranean flavors. As the exclusive importer of Faris olive oil from the Kalamata region in Greece, we offer a product appreciated both locally and abroad – including in New York, where it is featured in selected hotels and restaurants in Manhattan. This extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed and valued for its distinctive taste and aroma.
In addition to olive oil, we also import fig-based products from the Adam & Eve brand, originating from a region with a long-established tradition of fruit cultivation and processing. These products reflect natural sweetness and carefully selected origin.
Our mission is to bring high-quality products to Slovakia directly from verified producers – with a focus on origin, freshness, and genuine taste.

Olive Oils
EXTRA VIRGIN (PDO)
Olive oil obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means.
Discover a unique single-variety extra virgin olive oil with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from the Messinia region. It is made from Koroneiki olives harvested while still green and cold-pressed at temperatures below 27 °C. This careful process helps preserve its distinctive taste and fresh aroma – ideal for those who appreciate quality cuisine. Olive oils awarded at the Athena International Olive Oil Competition received a silver medal in 2018, a gold medal in 2023, and a silver medal in 2024.
EXTRA VIRGIN (EVOO)
Olive oil obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means.
Extra virgin olive oil made from the Koroneiki variety – often referred to as the “queen of olives” – which accounts for approximately 60% of Greece’s olive production. Thanks to early harvesting in November and December, the oil retains its pronounced aroma and full-bodied taste. Suitable as a base for everyday cooking as well as for cold dishes. Olive oils awarded at the Athena International Olive Oil Competition received a silver medal in 2024.
EXTRA VIRGIN (BIO)
We maintain high standards in the production of our products. The richness of the olive groves in the Messinia region provides us with high-quality harvests, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. This is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil, produced directly by pressing “Koroneiki” olives and exclusively by mechanical means.

In the heart of the lush landscape of Kalamata, in the Messinia region, lies a true treasure. Ripe, juicy figs are handpicked and sun-dried using traditional methods. This approach helps preserve their natural taste and texture. Thanks to their origin and artisanal production, Adam & Eve products have gained international recognition and are exported to Canada, the USA, Australia, Egypt, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

In 1962, farmer Panagiotis Goumas from the picturesque Greek town of Kalamata founded a small family business with the aim of bringing not only his own produce to market but also the harvests of neighboring farmers from Athens and other regions of Greece. By the 1970s, he was actively focusing on entering European markets and became one of the first Greek entrepreneurs to engage in systematic export.
He passed on not only his connection to the land but also his belief in the potential of Greek products to his children, Georgios and Eftychia. Today, under the leadership of the third generation, the company has expanded its portfolio and successfully exports products such as extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives, and dried figs to many countries around the world.

Whole olives

They come from the Messinia valley on the Peloponnese peninsula. Almond-shaped with a dark brown to black color, their flesh is soft and slightly fibrous. They offer a crisp bite, with an initially sweet taste that gradually develops into a mild piquancy.
Olive paste

Made from 100% Kalamata olives, handpicked one by one to create a smooth Greek spread, delicately seasoned with a pinch of selected spices. It serves as a great alternative to ketchup or mustard in sandwiches and pairs perfectly with crostini, bread, pizza, or pasta.

Bujné údolie Messinie nám už od čias Homérovej Odysey prináša skrytý poklad – sušené figy Kalamata „Adam & Eva“. Po dozretí sa ručne zbierajú priamo zo stromov a prirodzene sušia na slnku. Následne ich spracovávame do podoby jemnej figovej nátierky. Táto nátierka je vhodná aj ako topping na zmrzlinu, ako doplnok k grilovaným syrom, ale aj ako prísada pri varení a pečení. Môžete ju použiť ako džem alebo pri príprave čatní.
Fig Balsamic Vinegar
